excellent stay!
helpful staff breakfast pastries
I enjoyed the cute and helpful staff throughout my stay. the room was very very comfy and tidy. i also liked the daily breakfast pastries and water left on the door each morning. It was a lovely treat. the coffee corner provided a great space to enjoy a coffee and snack.
i noticed the shower water pressure and temperature weren't great. it also leaked outside the room after rain.

The hotel location is fantastic. I was very close to the Plaza Mayor and other central spots. I really liked the coffee area. It was open 24/7 and had water and snacks (I really took advantage of this!). The staff was helpful.
The room lacked a proper closet for clothes storage.
